Redesign

Many of us love our existing furniture and accessories whether they are family heirlooms or garage sale finds. Often, we don't want to start over from scratch, even if we could afford it. Redesign uses the furnishings you already own to create a space that is both inviting, functional and YOU. We start by going over the look, feel and function you desire, as well as any "ground rules" you may have. We may ask to "shop" your home for items to use in the new room. Notes, measurements and photos will be taken. We will then return on the day of your choice to put our Redesign vision into action. You may choose to stay or go out for the day and return later to see the completed transformation.

Fee: $250-450 per Room

Home Staging

Home Staging can make the difference in the sale of a home. The purpose of Home Staging is to create a home that appeals to buyers. This often means depersonalizing your home which can be very difficult as a seller. Home Staging gives the seller that objective and professional opinion they need to get their home market ready. At Impressions Home Interiors we offer two Home Staging Services:

Home Staging Consultation:

We begin with a thorough walk through of your home's interior and exterior where we will go over with you areas that need care, repair and attention to maximize it's appeal to buyers. We can also prepare for you a detailed written report.   You may then choose to do the work yourself or hire out these services. A list of recommended professionals from the Cape Cod area will be provided.

Fee: $200 for Consultation Only ,  $350 with Written Report

Redesign for Home Staging:

After all the repairs and recommended cosmetic changes are complete, we will come in to edit and arrange your furnishings and accessories to create the look that attracts buyers and allows them to see themselves living in your home. We can also arrange for furniture and accessory rental if needed.

Fee: $250- 450 per Room (does not include rental fees)

Color Consultation

Color is one of the most important features in a room. It is also the least expensive way to change the feel and look of your home. But sometimes you just need a little help finding the right color or a little encouragement to make the commitment to that shade you been considering.

Fee: $100 per Hour

Construction and Remodeling Liaison

Colors, flooring, countertops... All those decisions while trying to stay on schedule and budget! It can be incredibly overwhelming. We can help you make good design choices that will fit your budget and your style whether you are building a custom home or a semi-custom home with builder's selections. We are available to meet with you at your builder's office, showrooms and on-site. We carry the proper insurance coverage most builders require. Let us guide you in building the home of your dreams.

Fee: $100 per Hour

Holiday and Event Decorating

Have you ever imagined actually enjoying the holidays? Are you ever so exhausted preparing for the party that you are too pooped to party? Let us relieve some of the stress by helping you create the atmosphere you are looking for. Whether it is decorating a mantle and entry way or simply arranging the furniture to allow for optimal flow. We can use your existing accessories or shop for the perfect pieces to complete the look you want.

Fee: $100 per Hour

Move In Services

Moving is both a stressful and exciting time. Let us help you decrease the stress and build on the excitement with our Move In Services. After you have unpacked, we will come in and create that "at home" feel by placing your furniture, accessories and artwork, helping you to enjoy your new home faster. Layout Services

Whether you are planning a local move or thinking of shopping for some new furniture, our Layout Service can save you time, money and headaches. We take measurements of your room and will create a space plan that works best with the furniture you have or give you suggestions on the type of pieces you should be looking for. If it's a move you are planning for, we can measure your new home as well as visit your existing home to make sure you have the perfect plan in hand for moving day.

Fee: $250 to 450 Per Room

Custom Window Design

It's often the icing on the cake, and sometimes the most overlooked and expensive item in the room. Our Custom Window Design service is here to help you coordinate the perfect fabric and look for your room at an affordable price. The design process includes measurement, design options, fabric selection and hardware choices. The detailed drawing notes everything needed to fabricate and install. We will also include the cost for fabrication and installation by our workroom, but you also have the option to take our plan and shop around.

Fee: $100 to 200 Per Window Design

Personal Shopping

Some of us just don't have time to shop for the finishing touches our home may need. Our Personal Shopping Service is the answer. We will hunt down that perfect piece keeping your budget and style in mind. We can also accompany you on your shopping adventures to give you that professional advice you are looking for without the pressure of a sales person.
